About

TERECONET Journal of Education (TEJE) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to raising underrepresented voices in educational research and building genuine bridges between research and the classroom. We believe that educational scholarship matters most when it makes a difference — and so we are committed to publishing research that has real, demonstrable impact on educational thought and practice.

Our Mission

Too much valuable insight in education remains unheard — whether because of where it comes from, who produces it, or how far it travels beyond academic circles. TJE exists to change that. Our mission is twofold:

To raise underrepresented voices. We actively welcome contributions from scholars, practitioners, and communities whose perspectives are too often missing from mainstream educational research.

To connect research and the classroom. We seek work that speaks to both researchers and teachers — research that informs practice, and practice that informs research.

Scope

TEJE welcomes submissions from all areas of education, provided the work demonstrates a clear impact on education. Rather than confining ourselves to a fixed set of subfields, we ask one central question of every submission: does this work make a difference to how education is understood, practised, or shaped?

Who We Publish For

Our readership includes teachers, researchers, and everyone in between — teacher-researchers, practitioner-scholars, graduate students, and educators who engage critically with research in their daily work. We ask our authors to write with this diverse, international audience in mind.
